My path to design actually started in the apparel industry as I studied clothing design in college. After working in the fashion industry for some time, I decided to take a completely different path and go back to college to pursue a career in the medical field (I know, from fashion to hospitals...couldn't be more opposite!). I loved helping my patients and had an amazingly gratifying career working in the hospital.

Although I switched careers, my love for design continued evolving, only in a different capacity. I found myself being called on by family and friends to help decorate and redesign their living spaces. It was during the years I stayed home to raise my children that I decided to get my real estate license and combine my dedication for helping people with my enthusiasm for exploring homes. Finding my career in real estate would later be the catalyst to realizing I could integrate my eye for design and lifelong passion for creativity through staging. Starting RL Signature was a natural transition and a perfect fit! To ensure I offered my clients the best, I completed training to become a Certified Home Stager and Design Professional, and became a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). My experience as a former Realtor gives me a solid grasp on what buyers are looking for and how they view homes. Having developed a thorough understanding of the real estate market also gives me an advantage in helping my clients improve their selling opportunities. Today I am living my creative dream. I guess you could say I've come full circle, back to my college design roots!
